Why come along

This retreat will guide you through a process of reflecting on your story so far, influences on your current identity, and where you find yourself now.
From this point we will explore a number of speakers’ stories and tips where you can collect anecdotes that you can form your own connections to.
After the reflection and collection process we will then help you form a plan and prioritize the areas of your life that you will introduce some of your takeaways from the sessions.

We will also welcome qualified Wim Hof instructor Max Rooke to our October retreat and experience firsthand the Wim Hof Method, combining all three pillars of breathwork, cold exposure and willpower.

You may come in ready with pen and paper, eager to pull all of this apart and walk away with a detailed plan of action on paper, or take a more relaxed approach and be open to listening, reflecting and immersing yourself in the sessions without needing to do the ‘work’. This retreat will create an environment where we encourage people to engage the way they feel most comfortable to get what they need out of the weekend.

We will provide hard copy information from the retreat for the content and processes we at One Movement will provide.
