Heat acclamation has incredible health benefits.
Enhancing our bodies ability to cope under the stresses of heat strengthens our immune response, cardiovascular capabilities and toxin release. It mimics physiological responses to exercise with increased heart rate variability, decreased blood pressure and improved circulation.
