Thanks for using our website to book your sessions! We have been growing slowly and the saunas are becoming quite popular so please continue to jump online and book your sessions. If you have any trouble with your bookings please don’t hesitate to directly message our instagram page or send an email and we will help you out. Coming soon… We are working on an exciting project to bring to members and non members in the coming months! The plan is:
  • Create a group that get up at 5am two mornings each week
  • Model (and participate in) key components to a great morning routine
  • Complete this (modeled and self guided) morning routine for 8 weeks to ‘form the habit’
